I have also ordered items from another on-line merchant(I won't mention any names)and still haven't received my order, come to find out they were out of color of the product I wanted in PINK (it's a girl) I called the number of customer service and changed the color and remarked if they did not have that color than I wanted the item ommitted from my order. Then I get an e-mail saying once again that they are out of PINK (hello...??!!!
